We attended the event organized by AHK Romania, dedicated to civil security, alongside companies from Germany specialized in cybersecurity, drones, emergency solutions, and protective infrastructure. On this occasion, we welcome the Wolf-e Systems team to the WOLF-e family, which is growing with new business branches.

Wolf-e Robotics was designed not just as a tech startup, but as a long-term impact initiative — with a clear vision and the ambition to contribute nationally. One of its key goals is to help set new standards for air and surface disinfection in hospitals, aiming to significantly reduce hospital-acquired infections.
Founded by a multidisciplinary team of experts in technology, law, and business, the company is built on complementarity and strategic thinking. From the very beginning, Wolf-e Robotics has relied on strategically driven decisions made at the intersection of technical vision and entrepreneurial pragmatism. This hybrid founding structure has enabled the company to grow not just as a solution provider, but as an active player in shaping the local innovation ecosystem.
Strategic Networks and Business Communities
Wolf-e Robotics is actively involved in several key business networks and chambers of commerce, both locally and internationally. These strategic affiliations serve as a bridge to mature economic ecosystems and long-term partnerships.
“As we expanded, joining AmCham Romania and the French Chamber of Commerce (CCIFER) gave us more than visibility — it gave us access to strategic dialogue, mature business communities, governance models, and long-term investors,”
— Ștefan Toma, CEO & Co-founder, Wolf-e Robotics
AmCham Romania
Affiliation with AmCham Romania connects us to a powerful network of companies supporting over 250,000 jobs and contributing significantly to the national GDP. U.S. direct investments in Romania have exceeded €7 billion over the past decade — reinforcing the importance of the transatlantic partnership in tech and economic development.
Prahova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIPH)
Our presence in CCIPH links us to one of Romania’s most dynamic industrial regions. With over 6,000 active companies and annual exports exceeding €3 billion, Prahova is a regional hub for sustainable growth and strong local partnerships.
French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania (CCIFER)
CCIFER brings together over 550 companies contributing more than €4 billion annually to Romania’s economy. As France remains the country’s second-largest foreign investor, this network provides direct access to Franco-Romanian economic initiatives focused on innovation, industry, and professional development.
New Direction: Autonomous Ground Drones for Industry
In 2024, Wolf-e Robotics launched a new R&D line focused on autonomous ground drones with dual-use capabilities, targeting both industrial and civil security applications.
These systems are developed locally in strategic partnerships, with prototypes already tested in real-world conditions. This is not just a response to a technological trend — it’s a solid investment in scalable, market-ready solutions with real impact.
A Growing Community
Recently, we participated in a civil security event hosted by AHK Romania (the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce), alongside German companies specializing in cybersecurity, drones, emergency response, and critical infrastructure. It was an excellent opportunity for dialogue on safety, resilience, and applied technology in essential fields.
On this occasion, we welcomed the Wolf-e Systems team into the Wolf-e family — expanding with new business verticals focused on smart infrastructure and integrated digital and physical security solutions.

The pandemic marked a turning point for Wolf-e Robotics. With supply chains disrupted, we chose to leverage internal resources — our R&D team and active production line — to launch a line of smart disinfection devices for air and surfaces, offering full traceability and compliance.
The success of this initiative highlighted the agility of our team and its ability to rapidly tailor solutions to specific client needs. Local service and scalable production made a real difference in a critical time.
Partnership as a Leadership Strategy
At Wolf-e Robotics, we believe a successful partnership is one where all sides grow stronger together. Our approach goes beyond service delivery — we focus on mutual growth, continuous learning, and adapting to the needs of the ecosystem.
Partnerships aren’t only external. Internally, we work closely with:
This integrated model enables a holistic approach to innovation and real adaptability in a constantly shifting economic environment.
Wolf-e Robotics aims to become a key player in Romania’s automation industry — with a global mindset. With a solid structure, strategic affiliations, and a vision grounded in applied innovation, we believe that success in technology and manufacturing is not just about code, algorithms, or factory output. It’s about collaborative leadership, long-term partnerships, and the ability to build and scale through networks.
